Answer:

The CIO must orient the right process in making decisions in a  formal process , It will help you make a better decision, evaluate , and choose an Alternative

2. Discuss the possible short-term losses and long-term gains in implementing ethical solutions for each of Schrage's scenarios.

Answer:

For me short-term losses is a not satisfying their business  needs that  might loose a small amount of quantity, long-term losses is they have the current need to put up a project or business.

3. Must businesses choose between good ethics and financial benefits? explain your answer using Schrage's scenarios as example. 

Answer:

Businesses must choose between good ethics and financial benefits because they fail to recognize that practicing ethically results in financial benefits in the long run. In other words, they make such choices when they are short-sighted.  just like Schrage scenario the company plans to outsource its maintenance and support the CRM system once it is develop.
